Barunay is a super app built and operated in Brunei Darussalam. We provide marketplace, services, automotive, real estate, food discovery, delivery, and RFQ features in one platform.

When you join the waitlist: Your email address, district, and area of interest.

When you create an account (at launch): Your name, phone number, email, district, and profile information you choose to provide.

When you use the app: Listings you post, messages you send, transactions you make, and device/app usage data.

• To provide and improve Barunay's features
• To verify users and maintain trust
• To send service updates and notifications
• To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the app

4. What We Don't Do

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for database storage with Row Level Security. Access is restricted to authorized team members only.

• Correction: You can update your information in the app or by contacting us
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time
